    9 GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    9.1 Any dispute arising in relation to your use of this Website shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflicts of law principle.

    9.2 Users and the Company submit to the jurisdiction of and agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Use or your use of this Website shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The seat shall be Seoul, Republic of Korea. The language of the arbitration will be English.

    10 ENITRE AGREEMENT

  • I agree that Hansol Technics Co., Ltd. (“Hansol”) shall transfer my personal data to Hanwha Solutions Corporation (“HSC)” pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement executed on April 10, 2019.

    As part of the consent, I understand and acknowledge that HSC is not assuming any encumbrances, liability or obligation of Hansol of any nature, whether accrued, liquidated, contingent, matured or unmatured, arising out of events occurring after April 10, 2019, including but not limited to warranties and/or guarantees.

    I also understand and acknowledge that the grant of such consent is entirely voluntary, and any given consent could be withdrawn by me at any time. The consent may be withdrawn by emailing [qhome.au@q-cells.com].

  • I explicitly consent to the transfer of my personal data outside the Australian Area, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Such country may not provide the same level of protection of my personal data as the country where I live or my personal data is collected. HQC-AMC will however take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

    • Marketing information: includes your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us; and
    • any other personal information that you provide to us either directly or indirectly when using the Website.

    We do not collect any sensitive personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnic origin, political opinions or associations, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association or union, sexual orientation or practices, criminal record information). Nor do we collect any information about your health, genetic background or biometric personal information.

    Our Website and Services are not intended for use by children and should only be accessed by individuals of at least 18 years old (the “Age Limit”). If you are under the Age Limit, please do not use the Website or Services and do not provide us your personal information.
